Jim Jams Direct is a family run business based in the United Kingdom.

Following the birth of our first child over 15 years ago we founded what is now known as Jim Jams Direct. Our son had and still has a love of character pyjamas, but the lack of choice and availability of character pyjamas out there and the price of the pyjamas that were available gave us a great idea, why not fill a gap in the market and start selling children’s character sleepwear, providing more choice at the lowest possible prices we could! We started off like many small businesses using a spare room in our house. Soon though with demand for our products growing we became overrun with boxes & our house started to look more like a warehouse than it did a home!

Jim Jams Direct is now run from a purposely fitted out warehouse that can accommodate our ever-increasing product range. We have grown as a business but still remain firmly focused as a family run business committed to providing our customers with quality, low priced character sleepwear.

Many people ask us where the name Jim Jams Direct came from? Well it’s pretty funny how the name came about…….

……We were looking at names for the business and around the same time our son came up with a name after he spent the night at his grandparents house. Grandad had said to him at bed time to go and put his Jim Jams on ready for bedtime stories. From Grandad saying that, our son had a great idea. When he got home the next day he could not wait to tell us……“Dad why don’t you call the shop Jim Jams” he said. From that Jim Jams Direct was born!
